DeltaCore’s flagship product line is our Water Life Saver System. A WLS is a portable water-purification device, housed in a robust case, and capable of purifying water from any source. All our WLS systems provide high-quality potable water in a second without use of chemicals, using solar energy.

WLS physically removes pathogens, particulates and turbidity from virtually any water source including rivers, lakes, streams, ponds, shallow wells and springs.

WLS300

Our newest WLS system is capable of providing 300 litres of water per hour. This device has been specifically designed with ease-of-use in mind, and takes about 2 minutes from deployment to the delivery of ready-to-consume potable water. Its low weight (less than 35 kg) and removable battery pack makes it ideal for rapid movement and worldwide deployment..

The filtration system is placed into a custom-made waterproof case. Although WLS primarily works on solar power, different power sources can be connected, including 12V or 24V DC (car inlet), 110V AC or 230V AC inlet.

Water enters through the self priming pump. With 2.8 bar pressure penetrates through the pores of the Ultrafilter. The UF physically blocks all particles larger than 0.01 micron including microorganisms, colloids and pyrogens. This phase acts as a molecular sieve. The water then travels through Oxidation Reduction Reactor and enters into the Multimedia filter which removes chemical contaminants. Water then enters into the Nanofilter. The active ingredient in the filter is a nano alumina fiber that is highly electropositive .The filter retains all types of particles, including silica, natural organic matter, metals, bacteria and virus DNA. Finally the purified water passes through the last generation UV sterilizer.

The system is self-cleaning and designed for the production of potable water from chemically and microbiologically contaminated water sources.
